Project Payments and Commitment

Project payments are usually aligned with planning, design, development, or other agreed delivery stages. Once work has started, time and resources are already being allocated to the project, which means refund decisions need to account for completed work and reserved effort.

Refund Conditions

Refund requests are evaluated based on project stage, scope already delivered, communication history, and the amount of work completed. Since much of our work is custom service-based work, refunds are not handled in the same way as physical product returns.
